Staff Augmentation

There has been a massive headcount reduction in the oil and gas industries since the downturn in 2014. On top of the low oil prices and uncertainty, there is pressure to move to low carbon energy sources. In these uncertain times, companies cannot scale hiring to meet their business needs. To meet their regulatory requirements and fulfil work commitments, companies are relying on costly freelancers. It will be more expensive to hire freelancers once IR35 is implemented from April 2021.

We take managed service contracts and offer high-quality resources, both onsite and offshore at a very reasonable cost. We can also, create a dedicated team to cater to your needs, with a controlled office area to maintain the confidentiality of data.
